Amazon Changes Return Policy for Clothing, Shoes, and Accessories

Amazon's New Return Policy

Effective May 15th, 2023, Amazon is changing its return policy for clothing, shoes, and accessories purchased from Amazon.ca or a seller but fulfilled by Amazon.

Returning Items Purchased and Fulfilled by Amazon

Unless the item is eligible for Free Returns, using the return label provided by Amazon could result in a deduction from the refund amount. Each return label is assigned to a specific return. To ensure the correct refund, do not include items from multiple orders in the same return.

Amazon offers a variety of free return options for items fulfilled by Amazon, including:

• Returning the item to an Amazon Hub Locker
• Returning the item to a UPS Store
• Returning the item to a Whole Foods Market
• Scheduling an Amazon Flex Courier pickup

Return Eligibility

Most items delivered within the US qualify for free returns. Free returns only apply to certain products like clothes and accessories. Otherwise, returning an item in any other category may incur a return shipping fee.
